Pull

Every business that registers with the Oregon Secretary of State becomes a public record. We pull the newest registrations across all of Oregon.

Clean

We keep only the real place of business and remove duplicates. Then we flag addresses used by lots of filings. Those are filing-service offices, not the real business. About one in four raw filings get pulled out this way.

Categorize

Each business is tagged by likely industry so you can target your trade, and matched to its city so you only get the markets you pay for.

Deliver

You get it weekly, or every business morning with instant alerts if you want daily. It comes as a clean CSV and a private link. Each row has the name, filing date, address, type, category, and state record link.

Freshness

The state processes new filings on business days. Weekly delivery is included. Daily delivery ships every business morning and sends an instant alert the moment a match is filed. That is the fastest a public record can reach you. This feed is current through August 24, 2026. It covers 5,097new businesses across 388 Oregon cities in the last 30 days.

Compliance

The data comes from public business-registry records. We give you the facts to use. You are responsible for following outreach rules. That means CAN-SPAM for email, and the Do-Not-Call registry and TCPA for calls and texts. We are not affiliated with the Oregon Secretary of State.
